Project: Remodelling of Existing Science Block to a Welsh Language Centre
Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract
Project info: General Refurbishment and remodelling works to transform the existing science block into a new Welsh Language Centre including new mechanical and electrical systems, new ceilings and partitions, new finishes throughout and extensive drainage and external works. Project completed within a live site within school grounds.
Toolbox talks and guided site tours were provided to pupils and teachers, as well as providing work experience to “Creating Enterprise” operatives which all formed part of our community benefit commitments under the NWCP.
